Is all your jewellery anti-tarnish?
Not all our jewellery is anti-tarnish. Only the products mentioned as anti-tarnish in the product description have additional protective coating to resist tarnishing. To maintain the shine of your jewellery, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals, and store it in a dry, closed box when not in use.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customized and personalized jewellery orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer fast and secure shipping across India. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days. To know more read our shipping policy here.
What should I do if I receive a missing or broken product?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

- Provide your order details along with photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will verify and assist you with a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Can I return my product?
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. For eligible returns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
